Igreen Product Warranty

Every IGREEN product is built to perform in demanding workspaces. This warranty sets out exactly what we cover, for how long, and the situations that fall outside coverage — so you always know where you stand.

Warranty Coverage at a Glance

Warranty periods run from the original date of purchase and apply to the original purchaser under normal use conditions.

Cabinets & Storage Systems 1 Year Manufacturing and structural defects, including runners, accessories and locks.
Phone Pods / Acoustic Pods 1 Year Structural panels and, where fitted, electrical, lighting and ventilation systems.
Safe Box / Safe Storage 1 Year Locking mechanism and manufacturing defect.
Sofa / Lounge Seating 1 Year Structural framework and internal support defects.
Electrical Accessories & Power Modules 1 Year Manufacturing defects in the unit only.
Custom / Project Furniture Per project terms Coverage as defined in the approved project specification and quotation.

* The 5-year i-Series warranty covers the chair's mechanical and structural components. Upholstery, foam and finishing are covered for 12 months. Extended warranty terms, where offered on selected models, apply only when separately stated on the product listing or invoice.

What Is & Isn't Covered

In line with leading manufacturers, this warranty protects against genuine defects in materials and workmanship — not damage from use, handling, wear or lack of maintenance.

Covered

  • - Defects in materials and workmanship present from manufacture
  • - Failure of moving mechanisms, tilts and seat adjustments under normal use
  • - Gas-lift cylinders and castors that fail through manufacturing fault (i-Series)
  • - Motors, control boxes and switches on height-adjustable desks
  • - Structural frames, welds and joints that fail under correct, rated load
  • - Free repair or replacement of the defective part, at IGREEN's option
  • - Free parts and labour at our service location during the warranty period

Not Covered

  • - Normal wear and tear, including fabric wrinkling, fading, pilling and creasing
  • - Scratches, stains, marks, dirt, dents, tears, scuffs and worn surfaces
  • - Foam softening and natural variation in wood, fabric or leather grain/colour
  • - Loose screws, bolts or fittings that develop through use and can be re-tightened
  • - Castors, wheels or moving parts that stick, jam or stop due to dust, debris or lack of cleaning
  • - Missing or lost parts, components or accessories
  • - Damage from misuse, abuse, accident, overloading or improper assembly
  • - Damage during transit, relocation or customer self-installation
  • - Products modified, repaired or altered by anyone other than IGREEN
  • - Use beyond the product's rated load or capacity
  • - Items bought from unauthorised resellers, or used outdoors / in damp or harsh environments

Circumstances That Void or Exclude the Warranty

This warranty does not apply, and IGREEN accepts no liability, where any of the following has occurred:

  • - Failure to follow IGREEN's assembly, use and care instructions
  • - Loading or using a product beyond its stated weight or capacity rating
  • - Lack of routine cleaning or maintenance
  • - Damage caused by moving, dismantling or reassembly not performed by IGREEN
  • - Exposure to sun, heat, moisture, chemicals or outdoor conditions
  • - Repairs, modifications or part replacement by unauthorised persons
  • - Accidental damage, negligence, vandalism or acts of nature (flood, fire, etc.)
  • - Normal ageing and cosmetic change of materials over time
  • - Products not paid for in full, or purchased outside authorised channels
  • - Removal or alteration of the product's serial number or labels

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Claims are quick to start. Please keep your invoice or proof of purchase — it is required to validate the warranty.

Contact us via the enquiry form, email or phone with your order number and a description of the issue.

Send supporting photos or video showing the defect so our team can assess it quickly.

Assessment — IGREEN reviews the claim and confirms whether it falls within warranty coverage.

Repair or replacement — approved claims are repaired or replaced free of charge, at IGREEN's option. We reserve the right to substitute material of equal quality.
Free parts and labour apply at our service location. The customer is responsible for transportation of the product to and from our service location, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Key Terms

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of new IGREEN products bought through IGREEN or an authorised dealer. It runs from the original date of purchase. IGREEN's total liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product and does not extend to any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. IGREEN may substitute material of equal quality if identical material is not available at the time of claim. This warranty is governed by the laws of Malaysia and is provided in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
